Returns & Exchanges

At Beautiful Feet Books, we want you to love every step you take in our footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your footwear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the original shoebox is protected inside a shipping mailer or box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
